Michael C Phillips, 65, of West Carrollton, passed away on September 30, 2018.

He was born on August 29, 1953 to LC and Helen Phillips in Dayton, OH.

Michael was a retired GM Union Representative. He proudly served the members of IUE-CWA local 801 which then became Local Iue-OWA 798.

He was preceded in death by his beloved Mother, Helen Sue Phillips.

In his free time, he enjoyed playing softball as a younger man, fishing, boating, relaxing lake side. He also enjoyed his time spent with family, sitting in the stands supporting his grandkids; Morgan at basketball, Jake at basketball and baseball, and Wyatt at baseball.

Michael is survived by his loving Wife, Tammy Riley-Phillips; Mother of his children, Cheryl (Mike) Meier; Children, Melissa (Jeremy) King and Mikey Phillips; Grandchildren, Morgan, Jake, and Wyatt Phillips; Mother of his grandchildren, Amie; Siblings, Donna, Teresa (Sonny), Jeff, and Robin; Special Friends, Mac, Danny, and Jack; Cats, Biggie and Tupac; Grand-puppies, Tyson, Cooper, and Lola; and Grand-kitty, Miles.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 5, 2018, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Newcomer South Chapel in Kettering.

A Funeral Service will follow at 6:00 pm.
