Pamela R. Roark (Coatney), 63, of West Carrollton, passed away on September 5, 2018 at Sycamore Hospital.

She was born on December 15, 1954 to Charles and Phyllis (Cummins) Coatney in Dayton, OH.
Pamela worked as a Nurse for many years at local nursing facilities.
On July 3, 1998, she married Ricky Roark. They made Miamisburg, OH their home.

Pamela is survived by her Sons, Nathan Chandler and Dustin Bishop; Sisters, Tona (Coatney) Williamson, Jan (Pearson) Duffey (Lin), and Peggy Bishop (Mike); Nieces, Melissa Williamson, Melanie Martin (Jeremy), DeAnn Black, and Holly Hendrickson; Nephews, Louis Williamson, Jon Currey, Lee Morelock, and Joe Muckensturm; 5 Grandchildren; and many loved ones and friends.
She was preceded in death by Husband, Ricky Roark; Father, Charles J. Coatney; and Mother, Phyllis Jean Coatney.
