Mildred Lucille Ratliff, age 84 of Dayton, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2018. Mildred was born in Harriman, TN to the late James and Rose Isham on May 11, 1934. She married Lewis Ratliff and the two shared many happy years until his death in 1982. Mildred loved listening to music. She had a love for classic country and gospel music. She was a kind and caring woman. Mildred could always bring a smile to your face. She was a loving, compassionate, and generous sister, aunt, and friend. She will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Ratliff; brothers, Charles Willis Isham, Ralph E. Isham, and James G. Isham; sister and brother-in-law, Margaret and George Turner; and loving companion, Jim Brown.

Mildred leaves to cherish her memory, loving brothers, Glen Isham of Riverside, OH and Robert Isham of Symrna, GA; 11 nieces; 5 nephews; and a host of great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

A funeral service will take place on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 1:00pm at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation for thirty minutes prior (12:30pm-1:00pm) Burial to follow. In care of Newcomer - North Chapel.
