Margie M. Bush

Margie M. Bush, age 82, of Dayton, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2018. Margie was born on January 31, 1936 in Dunbar, West Virginia to the late John & Nona Kilgore.

Margie found purpose as an aide in home health care. Over the years she became very close to those she helped. Margie enjoyed going to play Bingo. She couldn’t resist shopping-clothes were her weakness. Margie loved to sing karaoke, it didn’t matter if she was out and about or at home. On any given day she could be found sitting on her front porch swinging, saying hello to the neighbors. Margie was a part of the Women’s Auxiliary VFW Post #2900. Everyday she’d watch Gun Smoke with Matt Dillon or just about any old Western with John Wayne, Gabby Hayes, or Audie Murphy-she loved them all.

Margie was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Bill Bush; sister, Kathleen Brockert; brother, Cecile Milbee; and grandson, Jeremiah Kilgore.

She is survived by her children, Debbie Bresher, Bruce (Joyce) Kilgore, Jewell Kilgore, Raymond (Donna) Bush; brother, Robert Milbee; grandchildren, Jessica (Justin) Sloan and Katie Bush; great-grandson, Bradley Logan Jones and one great-granddaughter on the way.
