Celia Ann Tingley, age 88 of Medway, passed away Friday, April 13, 2018 at her home. She was born September 20, 1929 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of the late Chester Bolen and Anna Bolen-Warren.

In addition to her parents, Celia is preceded in death by her son, Douglas E. Foster, brother, Eugene Bolen and father of her children, Douglas R. Foster.

Celia is survived by her daughters, Sheila R. (Walter "Buddy") Hammock, Shirley D. (William) Leasure; special son, Jimmy Weaver; grandchildren, Tonya (John) Roberds, Toni Craig, Tracy Stewart, Shanah Hammock, Sasha (Michael) Savino and great grandchildren, Travis, Jamie, Matt, Savannah, Vet and Dougie. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Celia was a graduate of Moorefield High School, Springfield, OH. Celia worked as a sales associate for Rike’s, JC Penney and Gloria Marshall. She former owner and operator of ceramics shop at Beaver Valley Campgrounds, Springfield and has formerly belonged to the Red Hat Society of New Smyrna Beach, FL. Celia loved her Florida beach home and adored her children and grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family and Celia’s wishes were honored by a private cremation. Memorial contributions may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of American at 5657 Rosebury Dr., Huber Heights, OH 45424 in Celia’s memory.
