David Thomas Whittemore, age 42, of Dayton, passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his beloved puppy, Jolene.
David is survived by his wife, Sheena Whittemore; parents, Robert & Anne Whittemore; sister, Carolyn (Shane) Sandidge; sister-in-laws, Lillie, Leonna, Jessica (Justin), Megan (Josh), Alisha, and Gynni; brother-in-laws, William (Alisha), J.B., and Alex; father-in-law, Brian (Amy) Thompson; mother-in-law, Sheila (Jeff) Redmond; and many other relatives and friends.
David’s wishes were that in lieu of a memorial or flowers that something be sent to a lonely patient in the hospital. When you remember him, he hopes it is with a smile and a laugh. In memory of him please do something kind for another. Reach out and call someone you miss. Let those around you love you and make sure they know they are loved too.
According to his wishes ashes will be spread in Tennessee. There will be a memorial on March 3rd, 2018, in Johnson City, Tennessee.
