Charles Edward "Chuck" Jordan
Age 93 of Beavercreek, passed away February 8, 2010. Chuck was born in Lewisburg, Ohio June 19, 1916 to parents Charles and Lulu (James) Jordan. He was preceded in death by his siblings Jack, Robert and Katharine. He is survived by Alice, his loving wife of 72 years, his daughter Jill (Terry) Frazier, sons Dr. Charles (Jan) Jordan of Cookeville, TN, Lance (Ruth) Jordan of Yellow Springs, Ohio, Jon (Bunnie) Jordan of Vienna, Va., Mark ( Susan) Jordan of Beavercreek, Ohio: sister-in-law Glenna Jordan of Brookville, Oh. Fourteen grandchildren – Cole, Troy (Mikah), Kaitlyn Frazier; Spencer, Palmer, Abby, Kendall, Joni, Brad (Katie), Keri, Jodi, Ward Jordan; Kelly (Gus) Valen; Spenser Huddleston: Five great grandchildren Katharine and Anthony Valen; Bayden Jordan; Cade and Trace Frazier. Chuck worked for the Federal Government for 40 years, over 32 of these years at ASC, WPAFB in systems contracting. He was a Boy Scout leader for many years and, member of the American Legion Post 763 and Fraternal Order of Eagles 321. He was a supporter of the Beavercreek Boosters for many years, including presiding as President. Chuck was an avid Ohio State and Woody Hayes fan who looked forward to every football season and never missed a game. Say Hi to Woody for us – GO BUCKS.
