Lucille is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: Tim and Nancy Peters; grandchildren: Amanda (Daniel) Payne and Eric Peters; great-grandchildren: Nehemiah and Hope; brother, Earl (Sue) Parks; sisters: Stella Carter and Johnnie Honeycutt; many beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Lucille was a member of Farmersville First Baptist Church and The Parks Quartet. She retired from Community Blood Center, where she worked for many years as a nurse.
Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30 pm on Friday, September 4, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
