Thomas Hall, age 84, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2015. He was born in Birmingham, AL to the late Thomas and Willa Hall. Thomas was also preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Ethel.

Thomas is survived by two children, Ndidi Achebe (Felicia M. Hall) and Derrick “Deville” Hall; two grandchildren, Derion and Diamyn; brother, Joseph E. Hall; cousins, Anita McGrew, Betty Shaw, Gwendolyn Winston, Dorothy Edwards, Alphonso McGruder, Orlando McGruder, and Elmer McGruder; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Thomas Hall was a long-time member of St. Benedict Church of the Moor where he often volunteered his services. He also served as an employee of the U.S. Postal Service for more than 30 years.

Funeral Services will be held at St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church, 519 Liscum Drive, Dayton, Ohio on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. A visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at West Memory Gardens.
