Delores F. Cox "Fay", age 67 of Dayton, passed away June 29, 2015. She was born May 20, 1948 in Hardee, WV. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl Etter; mother, Rachel Fry; and sister, Shirley Ludy.

Fay is survived by her husband of 42 years, Jim Cox; sons: Joshua (Christina) Cox and Adam Cox; grandchildren: Michael, Christopher, Dylan and Kyra; and sister, Carol Gibson.

Fay retired from Grandview Hospital after 25 years of service.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 6, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service, from 1-2 pm. Burial to follow at Woodland Cemetery.
