Sharon is survived by her children: Kristen Marie (Greg) Donahue, Heather Elizabeth (Justin Ralston) Shockey, Daniel A. (Cassie Chapman) Shockey and Luke Andrew Shockey; mother, Rosie Crawford; father, Craig Crawford; 3 grandchildren: Kaden Ralston, Anna Shockey and Noah Shockey; one grandson on the way; sisters: Lisa (Ray) Geiger, Sally Crawford and Nancy (Jeff) Kloos; nieces and nephews: Catlin, James, Kelsie, Mariah, Marisa, Braeden, AnnMarie, Haley, Jaden, Nicole, Olivia, Brianne, Trissa and Ava; the love of her life, and father of her children, Danny L. Shockey; and a host of other beloved relatives and friends.
Sharon was a 1984 graduate of Fairmont High School. She was a very genuine person and was a good friend to all who knew her. Sharon had a beautiful smile that was infectious. She loved being outdoors, hiking and gardening. More than anything, Sharon had a great love for people, she cared for them unselfishly. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Monday, May 4, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd., where the funeral service will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses at Go Fund Me, goo.gl/YK1Qrj
