Mary E. Trotter McIntosh, age 88 of West Carrollton, passed away April 23, 2015. She was born December 31, 1926 in Lexington, KY to the late John McIntyre and Ethel Kerr. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by two husbands; three brothers; and step-sons: Gary Trotter and Bobby McIntosh.

Mary is survived by her children: Helen (Chris) Goodson, David (Lenore) Trotter; step-daughters: Patricia (Paul) Nash, Joyce Laborde, Janet Collinsworth and Bonnie (Dean) Urick; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, Betty (Don) Overman; many other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mary was a member of the Moraine Heights Baptist Church, the American Legion in Miamisburg and the Senior Citizen’s Centers in Miamisburg and West Carrollton. She enjoyed working at Walgreens in Miamisburg for more than 15 years.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, April 27, 2015 at Moraine Heights Baptist Church, 5661 Munger Road, where the family will receive friends for two hours prior to the service, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery with her husband, Walter Trotter. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Mary's memory to The Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements by Newcomer Funeral Home, 3940 Kettering Blvd.
