Mary George Foster, October 26, 1914 – July 29, 2012. Mary passed away on Sunday, July 29, 2012 after a brief illness at St. Leonard Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Mary was preceded in death by her husbands: John A. George (1937-1974) of Rochester, New York and Chris Foster (1977-1991) of Toronto, Canada. She is survived by her children: Vasil George (Linda), Violet Barrese (Raymond), Irene Fascher (Siegfried); grandchildren: Leslie Skinner (Gene), Kevin George (Stephanie), Monica Johnson (Thomas) and Kimberly Briggs (Timothy); great grandchildren: Audrey & Conner Skinner, Chloe & Teagan George, Charles Ross Johnson, Katherine & Elena Briggs; brother: John Boutzios; sister: Helen Kaimakamh in Greece; and many other family members in Greece and Toronto, Canada.

A private burial cememony will be held in Rochester, New York. The family will greet friends and St. Leonard staff at the Station House at St. Leonard on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 between 2:00 and 4:00 P.M. in her honor. The family requests that donations be sent to either the St. Leonard Benevolent Fund or to Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements in care of Newcomer Funeral Home – South Chapel.
