PRICE, SR, James L., age 59, of Celina and formerly of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012.

He was born July 13, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio.

He was a proud member of the Roofers Union Local #75 and was a member of St. Mary's Lake Improvement Association.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Fayetta Price; sons, James L. Price, Jr., Jason B. Price, Robert Lawson and Gary Lawson; parents, Jim and Virginia Price; siblings, Gerald Price, Bonnie Hogg, Gina Tankersley, Gene Pooler and Brenda Zurface; grandchildren, Casey, Taylor, Marissa, Gracie, Tori, Lucas, Harbor, Owen.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jean L. Pooler.
