1942 - 2010

BERK, David M., Sr.
Age 67, of Dayton, passed away, Monday, March 8, 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents John & Ruby Berk. David is survived by his sons & daughters-in-law David Berk, Jr. (Debbie), Rodney (Tina) Berk, Greg Berk, & Jeff (Julie) Berk; grandchildren Trionda, Brandon, Amaraya, Logan, Amber, Kyle, Mason, & Madelyn; great-grandchildren Ashton & Bryton; brothers John, Charles, & James Berk; sister Sharon Paull; several nieces, nephews, other relatives, & special friends.

Visitation will be held 4-6pm, Sun. Mar. 14 at NEWCOMER FUNERAL HOME, 4104 Needmore Rd, Dayton, where services will be held 10:30am on Mon. Mar. 15. Burial to follow Forest Hills Memorial Gardens.

Donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
