She was born on October 12, 1931 to Roland and Leone Cooley in Detroit, MI. University of Michigan 1953 graduate, Alpha Xi Delta.
Janne spent years working in their family owned accounting firm. She later worked as a Crisis Counselor.
Married in June, 1956, to David Allison. She resided in Centerville, OH most of her life.
She was a member of Southminster Presbytarian Church where she served as Deacon and Elder and was active in Choir, Ruth Circle, Omicron, Stephen Ministries, and served wherever needed.
Janne is survived by her loving Children, Mark Allison (Elaine) and Karen Maxwell (David); Ex-Husband, David Allison; Sister in Christ, Dottie Eggers; Niece, Sharon Bailey; Nephew, Mike Susko; and many Family and Friends.
In addition to her Parents, she was preceded in death by her Sister, Judy Susko (Norm).
The family extends gratitude to the staff of Oak Creek Terrace.
A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 25, at Southminster Presbyterian Church (7001 Far Hills Ave, Dayton 45459) from 4:30-6:00 pm with a Celebration of Life to follow at 6:00 pm.
Memorials are suggested to Southminster Church.
