Shirley Jean Schliemann originally from Huron, SD passed away Monday July 16 in her home in Beavercreek, OH at age 67.

Shirley was a graduate of Huron High School and attended Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD.

She was a devoted Air Force wife, mother, and homemaker. She enjoyed bowling, doing crafts and sewing, cooking, playing bunco (dice game) with friends, and attending rock and roll concerts with her husband Milford.

She was preceded in death by her parents Gail Ambrosius and Elsie Ambrosius (Disney) both of Huron, SD.

She is survived by her husband Milford originally from Sioux Falls, SD; two sons, Martyn of Tacoma, WA and Matthew of Beavercreek, OH; her daughter in law Sarah of Tacoma, WA; two sisters, Pamela of Wayne, NE and Beverly of Omaha, NE; and two grandsons, Maguire and Micah of Tacoma, WA.

Shirley is to be cremated and her ashes scattered at Lake Poinsett, SD. Services will be held in South Dakota at a later date.
