Dennis G. Amann, age 74 of Xenia, OH passed away Friday, April 20, 2018 at his residence. He was born April 9, 1944 in Dayton, Ohio to Melvin and Louise Myrtle (Spencer) Amann.

Dennis was an accomplished and successful man who retired from GM after 35 years. He liked to fish and go to garage sales with his son and loved being outdoors. Dennis had a wealth of knowledge he shared with all, especially his children and grandchildren. He was man who loved his family dearly, and will be greatly missed by all.

Dennis is survived by his son, Cody M. Amann; Cody's mother, Pamela Abling; his daughters, Sharon, Gina and Nikki; Pamela's daughter, Amber McBride; a special granddaughter, Rachel; fifteen grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four brothers, Ronald H., Virgil G., John L. and Eldon Amann; and other numerous family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a daughter Nicole Cumby.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432. A Funeral Service will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 11:00 am. Burial will follow the service at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
