Sara A. Norris, age 85 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at her residence. She was born March 26, 1933 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Harry and Mary Wombold.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert E Norris, two brothers and two sisters.

Sara is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Terri A. (Matthew) Williams, Carole S. Mullins, and Juanita "Nita" L. (Gerald) Jackowski; grandchildren, Greg Penwell, Alicia Penwell- George, Dean "DJ" Mullins, Amanda Mullins, Jesse Jackowski, and Corey Jackowski; great- grandchildren, Kayne, Emma, Jacob, Jillian, Avery, Kylie, Wyatt, and Bristol; sister, Janice (Don) Hammond; brother-in-law, Larry Sheets, and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was a member of the Marshall Road Church of God and the Kettering Church of God for many years.

Funeral services will be held Monday, April 16, 2018 at 11:00 am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel (3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432). Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 am until time of service. Interment will be at Ehrstine Cemetery, Trotwood. Contributions may be made in her memory to Hospice of Dayton.
