Ann Louise McCormick, age 41 of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born February 15, 1976 in Dayton, Ohio the daughter of Tom Waitzman and Teresa Logsdon.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Claude and Marie Waitzman; maternal grandfather, Rufus Buell; uncle John Buell.

Ann is survived by her children, Alexandra McCormick, Madison McCormick, Wynn Stewart, Austin McCormick; sisters, Christina and Karen Waitzman; aunts, Carolyn (Chuck) Maples, Marie (Max) Garrison, Louise Wooliver; cousin, Don (Kara Ann) Waitzman; uncle, Ralph Buell; maternal grandmother, Burnetta Buell; granddaughter, Alexis McCormick; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017 from 5 pm to 6 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - North Chapel (4104 Needmore Rd., Dayton, Ohio 45424). A memorial service will begin at 6 pm.
