Richard E. “Dick” Neff, age 70, of Beavercreek, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017. He was born September 23, 1946 in Xenia, Ohio the son of the late Carl and Betty Neff.
He served our country and protected our freedom in the United States Army during Vietnam.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first spouse, Diana Neff and brother, Robert L. Neff.
Dick is survived by his wife, Nancy; four daughters, Jeni (Tim) Lewis, Kimberly A. Heath, Sheila (Javier) Garcia and Shari (Jonathan) Castellanos; sister, Jane Ellison and brother, James E. (Delores) Neff. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, extended family and friends.
No public services will be held for Dick.
