Helen E. Miller, 75, of Dayton, passed away March 18, 2017. Helen was born in Union City, Pennsylvania on October 3, 1941 to the late Roger and Madelyn Forbes. Helen retired from Warren County Developmental Disabilities after 13 years of service. In her free time she enjoyed shopping, playing cards and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband of 17 years, Donald F. Miller; first husband, Marvin Hurlburt; and sisters, Donna (James) Seifert, Carol (Charles) Jackson.


She is survived by her sons, Mark Hurlburt, Michael Hurlburt, Roger (Etta) Hurlburt; daughters, Melissa (Brian) Lewis, Jennifer (Kevin) Kenneally; grandchildren, Brandi (Pete), Stephanie, Michael, Elizabeth, Rachel, Seamus; sister, Elaine (David) Radky; brother, Gary Forbes; nieces, nephews and special friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 6 - 8PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45432. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association Miami Valley Chapter, 31 West Whipp Road, Dayton, OH 45459.
