He is survived by his ex-spouse, Jettone Beasley, her daughters: Josi Coiner and Jayme Hughes; daughter, Ashlynn Shanea Powell (Jason Dewayne Strickland); grandchildren: Silas Ezekiel Dewayne Strickland & Jadalyn Strickland; sons: Eric Powell Jr and Brayden Hochadel; parents: Jimmie Powell and Dolores & Todd Prudhomme; sisters: Lindsey Prudhomme and Melinda Spence (David Spence); nieces: Aerial Rowland and Jessica Rowland; nephews: Jaison Lester, Riley Spence, Jacob Spence, and Gabriel Spence.
Visitation will be held from 5-7 pm on Friday, December 9, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4104 Needmore Road, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 pm.
