Rodney Anne Anderson, age 79 of Miamisburg, passed away Monday, October 24, 2016. She was born December 18, 1936 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Rodney and Wilma Crowe.

Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Anthony Anderson.

Rodney Anne is survived by her brother, Thomas Crowe; two sons, Christopher (Kayle) Anderson, Steven (Angie) Anderson; five grandchildren, Jeffrey (Jennifer) Zwiers, Nathan (Heather) Anderson, Alex (Jessica) Anderson, Molly Anderson, Jonah Anderson; seven great-grandchildren, Alyssa Smith, Marcus Anderson, Aidan Anderson, Hunter Zwiers, Lucas Zwiers, Jackson Anderson, Reeder Anderson. She is also survived by her extended family in Pheonix, Arizona and a host of friends.

Rodney Anne was raised in Phoenix, AZ and a graduate of Scripps College with dual degrees in French and Spanish literature. She lived with her family in numerous locations with longer stays in Grand Rapids, MI and Jackson, TN. She started and led Bible Study Fellowship in Grand Rapids with regular attendance of over 400 women. She taught English as Second Language classes in Jackson, TN for Japanese and European workers. She trusted in Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and rests eternally with Him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider a donation to the Alzheimers Assoc..
