Mary Ellen Reinhart (Corbett), age 65, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Oct. 20, 2016. She will be missed by her husband Urban, 3 children Scott, Katie, Emily, Son-In-Laws Nick and Kevin and 4 grandchildren: Nathan, Quinn, Addie & Zoey. She was an expert seamstress, a skill she learned from her mother, and an excellent baker. Her almond cheesecake and chocolate cake were famous and a continual request from Urban’s coworkers for any potlucks. Mary Ellen loved to read and worked at the Beavercreek Public Library as well has operating her own alteration business from home. She donated countless hours to Beavercreek Schools and Beavercreek Soccer Association (BSA) and was an active member on several PTAs throughout the years her children attended Beavercreek School. Her love, boldness, devotion and strength were felt by all that knew her. Mary’s warm heart and caring soul will truly be missed but never forgotten. Services to be held Thurs. Oct. 27, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home: 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, OH 45432. Open House from 10am-11am, Memorial Service starts at 11am and a catered reception immediately to follow at the VFW: 2389 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, OH 45434. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice of Miami Valley in Mary’s name.
