Alan Ray Leach
1975 - 2016

Alan Ray Leach Born on August 4, 1975 passed away on May 16, 2016 of the age of 40. He is survived by his 2 sister’s Janice Netherton (John D. Smith), Diana Leach ( Darryl Davis), Father Edwin Ray Leach, girlfriend Stacey Rowland, one daughter Alexandria Leach, and 2 nieces Nina Mitchell and Gwendolyn Smith. The passing of Alan was a great shock to us all. He was taken way too soon, he had so much to look forward to. He was the kind of guy that would give the shirt off his back to help you or give you his last dollar or cigarette. He would make you laugh so hard that your stomach would hurt for hours. No matter what kind of bad mood you were in he would have you laughing or crying if not both. Alan was a great loving, caring, kind, supportive, understanding person that he loved everyone so much. He always gave you the greatest bear hugs that you felt the love he gave you. He always loved family. Family was the biggest part of Alan, anyone that knew Alan knew that. He welcome so many people into his life with open arms, you always had a place crash for the night and a great chef in the mornings. He made sure you would have food and clothes with a roof over your head if you ever needed it. Alan will be missed by all his friends and family. He was taken way too soon from us. He is now in our hearts forever and always. Gone but never forgotten. We will all miss you.

You're still here in my heart and mind, still making me laugh cause your stories live on. I hold you in a thought and I can feel you. I feel you and this gives me strength and courage. The tears I have cried for you could flood the earth and I know you have wiped each one away. For you Brother, I promise you this, I will go on with my life and make you proud. I will always hold you in my heart. I promise you I will be missing you everyday till the end of time, but this is not my end and I can't hold my head underwater....I need to breathe. I need to love and miss you, but I also need to live because through me you will live, you will still laugh and love, you will still sing and dance, you will still hug and kiss. You will forever be in our lives, you will forever be a brother, a son, an uncle and friend. I am going to miss your shining face I think of you and wonder why? I might cry or smile, but at the end of the day I am one day closer to you....
