He was preceded in death by his parents, Talmadge and Mary Katherine Lowe.
Bobby is survived by his son, Derrick(Irene) Lowe; siblings, James “Jimmy” Lowe, Steven(Diana) Lowe, Kathy(Winston) Morgan, David (Robyn) Lowe; 3 grandchildren, Bethany, Garrett, and Aiden; aunts, Allison Boyd, and Sue Allen; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Bobby was easy going and really liked people.
Visitation 12noon until 1:00pm Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home 4104 Needmore Rd., where funeral service will follow at 1:00pm. Burial at Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
